Bread with honey and nuts (bread maker)

Yeast 1 tsp
Flour 400 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.75 tbsp l.
Powdered milk 1.75 tbsp. l.
Draining. oil 1.75 tbsp l.
Honey 1.75 tbsp l.
Chopped dried fruits 40 g
(wash, dry, roll in flour)
Chopped walnuts 20 g
Water 260 ml
Cooking method

Dried fruits and nuts in a dispenser or on call
Size - M, crust - medium.

Cooking program: Basic mode with raisins

tell me, please! I baked such bread yesterday - delicious, sweet, but .. the crumb is a little sticky, as if not baked to the end (about the same as with the still hot bread)
why?

I made small changes to this recipe:
- flour - 500 gr (in all recipes I take about 100 gr more, flour, which takes a lot of moisture from me. Checked. + I follow the bun);
- milk powder and water replaced with liquid milk - 260 ml (according to the quantity of water in the recipe);
- of the additives there was only raisins - about 50-60 grams (it was a little wet, but rolled in flour).
- honey - 2 tbsp. l.

basic mode with raisins, small size, light crust.

before throwing, at the signal of the raisins, I watched the bun - it was round and elastic (good as always), then the raisins intervened. everything is baked, but the crumb ...
a lot of honey? wet raisins or what ...?

She herself is prone to the fact that the raisins should have been dried better and perhaps (?) there was a lot of oil (a little more than in the recipe - 2 tablespoons) ??

Hello everyone! yesterday I tried to bake such bread ... but without raisins and instead of walnuts I added whole pine nuts ... (it was too lazy to grind, but in vain) ... the bread also turned out to be soft and sticky inside, but baked well! I understand that this is because of the whole nut, and I put honey on the timer in vain ... like that. but with condensed milk for a sweet soul!

And we also like this bread. We bake with dried apricots and hazelnuts. Only now I noticed such a subtlety:
When I baked for the first time, I watched the kolobok, and it was not as it should be. I decided to add flour. The bread turned out, but its roof tore. And then I decided not to show off and do as in the recipe. And everything worked out as it should.

By the way, this is a recipe from Panasonic's book, maybe that's why the owners of other HPs don't work out a little. There shouldn't be any difference though.
