Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Oil 150 g
Yolks 2 pcs.
Filling:
Cottage cheese 500 g
Protein 2 pcs.
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1 / 3-1 / 2 tbsp.
Dry pudding mix 2-3 st. l.
Lemon zest
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix the softened butter with the yolks, add sugar and grind to white. Add flour, continue mixing with a mixer, you should get crumb.
  • 2. For the filling: combine cottage cheese with egg, sugar, dry pudding, zest and vanilla. Beat the whites and add to the curd mass. Beat the mixture until smooth.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a detachable form (about 22-23 cm), sprinkle with flour. Put the dough crumbs and knead along the bottom and mold the side. Leave some dough (from the cam) for the top. Put the filling on the dough. Grate the remaining dough on top.
  • 4. Oven for 45-50 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave for 10 minutes. Then cool the cake completely, or it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

I cooked according to the recipe, except for the lemon zest, which I replaced with the orange zest that was available at the time. All the guests liked the cake, especially mom.
