Canneloni in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients

Minced meat:
Veal + egg + onion + juice + some garlic

Cooking method

  • Stuff the tubes by placing them in a MV saucepan, on the bottom of which pour a little vegetable oil.
  • Fry chopped carrots and onions. Place on top of the canneloni.
  • Mix together 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. l. ketchup, diluted with a little water. Drizzle the canneloni over the top.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  • Add water to almost cover the canneloni.

Cooking program:

Pilaf mode.
