Panasonic multicooker cheesecake

Ingredients

Cheese part
Cream cheese 700-750 g
Eggs 4 things.
Sugar
(the cake shouldn't be very sweet)
0.5 tbsp.
Starch 3 tbsp. l.
(with a slide)
Vanillin
For cake
Oat cookies 200 g
Butter 80 g

Cooking method

  • Grind the cookies and combine with softened butter.
  • Grease the sides of the multicooker with butter on the bottom, put the cut out circle of baking paper.
  • Put the mass of cookies on the bottom, tamp and put in the refrigerator while the cheese part is being made
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat whites until peaks gradually add sugar.
  • Mix the whole cheese mass with yolks, starch, vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine whites whipped with sugar and cheese mass, do it carefully so as not to
  • plant proteins.
  • Put the cheese mass on a crust, flatten, put a towel on the table and knock with a saucepan several times to remove large bubbles, level the surface.
  • Baking mode 65 minutes. During baking do not open the lid... After the end of the program 30 minutes in the same way do not open the lid... After 30 minutes, remove the saucepan from the multi and let the cake cool completely in it.
  • When the cake cools down, it seems to move slightly from the walls. Take something like a thin flat plastic spatula or cardboard and walk along the diameter of the saucepan (when I don't do this, sometimes the cake falls apart in 2 parts). Using a steam container, pull the cheesecake out into the light, remove the parchment and turn the cheese side up. Put in the refrigerator, preferably at night.
  • Deliciously served with a sweet and sour sauce like strawberry.
  • Panasonic multicooker cheesecake

Note

Based on Gali's recipe Panasonic multicooker cheesecake
About cheese. I've tried many options. Philadelphia, Philadelphia + mascarpone suits my taste best, but it turns out very expensive. Therefore, I have empirically brought out a formula that is more or less similar in taste: 1 pack of 250g mascarpone and 3 packs of 150g buco. Or 2 packs of 250 gr mascarpone and 3 packs of 150 gr buko, then you need to increase the number of eggs by 1 pc.
I didn't like the almetta or the frame, it turned out just a curd pie.

You can probably take any cookie, but on oatmeal it turns out such a tasty thing that you want to eat it just like that :).
