I have a question right away - is it possible without panifarin?

Can! There is sour cream in the bread, it has a lifting power, especially if it is old!
You can additionally dilute the water with kefir, or whey.

Of course, you can do it without panifarin, I think that the bread will simply be lower. I add it due to the presence of gluten-free oatmeal and buckwheat flour, which do not rise well by themselves.

I'm a beginner and a lamer in using a bread maker ... here I sit and think ... how much should I reduce the ingredients so that it fits for Phillips ... yesterday I tried to make rye bread ... so I almost planted the stove ... as a result, the bread fell out, smelled burnt, although delicious ...

The bread is wonderful ... I baked it without panifarin. Pts. rose well, I even had to slam it before baking so that it would not get out of the bread machine. Thanks for the recipe
