Bagels with jam

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Sugar 4 tsp
Margarine or butter 100 g
Sour cream 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Melt butter. When it cools down a little, add sour cream (I added fermented baked milk), sugar, an egg. Stir in and add flour and baking powder. The approximate amount of flour may go even less. Knead the dough until elastic. Divide into 4-5 equal parts, roll each into a flat round cake 2 mm thick. Cut into about 6-8 sectors, put on each filling and roll into a bagel.
  • Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour, put the bagels, grease with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Time for preparing:

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Cooking program:

Temperature about 180 degrees

Note

Bagels are very good. delicious and require a minimum of time try you will not regret it.

Somewhere I read options to add starch to the jam (?) Or freeze portioned pieces of jam, they say, until it thaws during baking, the bagels will be ready. I tried the first option - it did not help, and the taste does not work out that way ...
