Coarse flour carrot cake

Ingredients

Wholemeal flour 1.5 tbsp.
Milk 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Butter 60 g
Egg yolk 1 PC.
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Medium carrot 3 pcs.
Raisins 0.5 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • • Mix egg yolk, butter and sugar.
  • • Add grated carrots and raisins.
  • • Then flour with baking powder and pour in milk to mix everything.
  • • Pour the whipped egg whites into the dough until thick foam.
  • I recommend adding walnuts and a little coconut directly to the dough, it will be even tastier ……… .. And I also put 3 tbsp. l white sugar and 1 tbsp. l brown sugar.
  • The cupcake turned out to be moderately wet, the carrot is almost not felt there ... try it, you might like it .... !!!

Cooking program:

In a mold and bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
