Roll Nut Spas

Ingredients

Saf yeast for baking 2 tsp
Flour 500 g
Margarine 70 g (5 tbsp. L.)
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 2/3 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 1.5% 290 ml
Filling composition:
Walnut 1 glass
Draining. oil about 80 g (half-pack)
Honey 0.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1/3 cup (approximately, I sprinkled on the eye, I recommend adding it to your liking)

Cooking method

  • Basic mode, dough.


  • While the dough comes up, make the filling: pour the nuts into a bag, and pass them with a rolling pin several times and mix them with butter, honey and sugar.


  • Then roll the dough into a layer, apply the filling, roll up the roll, put in the HP, bake 55 minutes.


  • I sprinkled the dome with powdered sugar.
