Rustic bread in Moulinex OW 5004 (bread maker)

Ingredients

We put it in a bucket in the following sequence:
Water 305 ml
Peeled rye flour 2 tbsp. l.
diluted in 100 ml of warm water
in the end 305 ml + 100 ml = 405 ml liquid
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 540 g
Peeled rye flour 150 g
Dry type yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • After the sound signal - sunflower seeds or / and pumpkin seeds, well flaxseed. What your heart desires

The bread rises well, very light, airy, aromatic, with a pleasant sour taste of rye.

I tried it out tonight. The taste is amazing!

Only I made some changes to the recipe:

1) Added wheat germ to the amount of wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l (517 g of second grade wheat flour + 23 g of wheat flour = 540 g)
2) Dry yeast 1.75 tsp
3) On a sound signal, added toasted sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l
4) put a dark crust

But this is so, little things. And the bread turned out - delicious with a crispy crust! Thanks again for the recipe!

I baked this bread in the oven, made half a kilogram. Added 4 teaspoons of flax seeds. The bread has an interesting taste, the crust is crispy. In short, delicious!
