Wheat-rye bread with baked milk (bread maker)

Ingredients

Wheat baking flour 400 g
Rye flour 100 g
Baked milk 330 ml
(I take 350, because otherwise the bun is too hard, for
Salt 1.5 tsp. (I feel salty, I put 1.25)
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast (I have a SAF moment) 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • I put "flour in water", that is, in this case, in milk. The last time I didn't even check the kolobok - everything was kneaded perfectly, not a crumb of dough remained on the sides of the bucket by the end of the kneading stage.

Note

We really liked the bread made from a mixture of wheat and rye flour with baked milk. Tomorrow for the third time I will bake it. The recipe was given by the user Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com under the nickname Victory
