Chicken pie with cauliflower (soufflé) in a slow cooker

Ingredients
Chicken fillet (breast) 500 g
Cauliflower 500 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Bulb onions 100 g
Parsley, dill - herbs to taste
Salt, pepper to taste
Semolina for sprinkling 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Beat eggs with a whisk. We boil the cabbage. Grind fillet and cabbage, onion in a blender. Add eggs, herbs, salt, pepper ...
Sprinkle the saucepan with sunflower oil and sprinkle with semolina.
We spread the mass in a saucepan. We level.
Baking mode 65 min.
Let it cool a little .... and .... I have such a thing for no more than a day ... then I have to make a new one. There is no flour in the recipe. You can use potatoes instead of cauliflower, add Bulgarian pepper and so on.
And the chicken can be replaced with turkey and any other low-fat minced meat.

It turned out delicious with ordinary cabbage, juicy and tender. It turned out to be a good dinner with vegetable salad.

I'll try to make it with cauliflower too, I think it will be even tastier!

Teen_tink, thanks for the recipe, only I turned out not so tall, a little donkey. Probably due to the fact that cauliflower is less juicy than usual.

He's almost "on duty" when there is cauliflower. And most importantly, it is without flour ... which is important for me ... I don't eat meat and bread ...
