Poultry liver pudding

Ingredients
Poultry liver 150 gr.
Garlic 1 clove
Egg yolks 2 pcs.
1/4 bunch parsley
Sour cream 175 gr.
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method

Chop the garlic. Chop poultry liver and garlic in a food processor until smooth, add eggs, sour cream, finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper.
Fill the portion molds (or one large one) with liver mass, cover them with foil or film for packaging products (you can see what is being done inside the film). This is to ensure that condensation from the lid does not get onto the product. Place the molds in the cooking trays.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes. It turns out a delicious dietary product.
The portion will be sufficient. pate to taste more dietary.
