Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Beet
Onion
Carrot
Sweet pepper
Eggplant
Tomato in any form
(pasta, mashed potatoes, juice, fresh tomatoes)
Potatoes
Cabbage
Sugar ~ 1 tsp
Dill and parsley
Garlic 2-3 teeth

Cooking method

  • We put the frying - in the heated vegetable oil we put it in turn and after each bookmark we cover with a lid:
  • beets - grate on a coarse grater
  • onion - cut into cubes
  • carrots - grate
  • sweet pepper - cubed
  • eggplant - cubed
  • tomato in any form (pasta, puree, juice, fresh tomatoes)
  • The frying is slowly (!) Stewing, and we throw potatoes and very finely chopped onions into boiling salty water.
  • The potatoes are almost ready, throw in the cabbage finely chopped with "noodles", quickly bring to a boil, add frying, bring to a boil, add a little sugar, taste, bring to taste, add a bunch of dill and parsley and chopped garlic. Stir, turn off and leave to brew for at least 30 minutes.
