Apple cider vinegar - it is not for everybody because of the smell, if not the usual one, replace with lemon juice. Honey also can be different - for me the taste and smell of buckwheat is unbearable in any form (marinade, sauce, baked goods), but with acacia.

How delicious it is, even just as a salad dressing !!!
