Baked omelet with fish and shrimps

1 small leek
1 red paprika
1 small zucchini
3 very large cloves of garlic
lemon juice
herbs-condiments
400 gr fish fillet
250 gr shrimp
200 gr of hard cheese
5-6 eggs

Heat a small piece of butter and a little vegetable in a frying pan (diameter 28 cm), throw in the leeks and garlic, chopped into rings, simmer until soft. Add paprika, diced zucchini (cut into 4 pieces lengthwise and then about 5mm slices). Simmer until the zucchini is tender. Throw in the fish fillets cut into pieces (like on goulash). Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper, seasonings and herbs to taste.
While the fillet is stewing a little, prepare the filling.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper, add grated cheese and coarsely chopped shrimps. Mix.
Pour vegetables and fish with this mixture and put in the oven (200 degrees Celsius) for 10-15 minutes.
