Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 g
Sugar 70 g
Margarine 125 g
Lard 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 25 g
Sour cream 100 g
Filling any

Cooking method

  • Load all the ingredients into the bread maker's bucket, according to the instructions.
  • "Dough" mode (30 minutes kneading, 1 hour proofing). After the end of the mode, remove the dough from the bucket and form the stuffed bagels. I bake with jam or cocoa. Proofing time is not required, you can bake immediately.
  • When kneaded, the dough is very different from any other yeast dough.
  • There is no sugar in the original recipe at all.

Time for preparing:

Bagels are baked very quickly - maximum 15 minutes

Note

These bagels have an interesting taste. Above is a soft crumbly crust, and inside is soft dough.

They are eaten even faster than they are baked.
