If an unattended piece of cheese is lying around in the refrigerator, rub it on top (cheese is not necessary, and it is very tasty without it).
We determine the amount of water ourselves. I don’t like a lot of gravy and pour very little into my pot, but my husband prefers more gravy.
Cover the pots with lids and keep them in the oven for about an hour.
