A couple of years ago my mother saw this dish in the "Smak" program and dictated to me. Since some could simply not watch this program, I decided to publish the recipe. It is prepared very quickly and easily.

Cheese casserole "Smak"

Beat 5 eggs. 500 g of hard cheese grate on a coarse grater. Mix.
Line the largest baking sheet with baking paper, grease the paper with vegetable oil (without fanaticism) and spread cheese and eggs on the paper. It is very easy to do this with a spoon.
We put the baking sheet in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Temperature 180-200 degrees.
As soon as the mixture grabs, take out the baking sheet from the oven and spread the minced meat-500 g of meat on half of the resulting crust (no more, otherwise the "book" will not close), seasoned to taste (I put onion, garlic, salt, pepper) and mixed with one finely chopped red paprika.
Lift the paper on one side and cover half with the cook and half without minced meat (like closing a book) along the long side of the baking sheet. We leave the paper on top.
Put in the oven again for 30 minutes. All.
It turned out very tasty.
I am sure that you can use any minced meat and not necessarily raw. Then you don't need to keep it in the oven for so long.
I remember one of the girls complained that the pets did not want to eat boiled chicken. Here's a reason to attach boiled meat. I will not even talk about fillings such as mashed potatoes, buckwheat with mushrooms and fried onions, etc., etc.
