Cut the tomatoes in half and cut into slices.
Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, a little lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, dry herbs, seasonings in a bowl. Spread tomatoes with this gruel, put slices of mozzarella and olives on top (you can black, you can green, whatever you like).
