Dear forum users! I recently bought an oven (Daewoo 3207) and am making only a few simple breads so far, including the Italian bread from the recipe book that came with the oven. I have not seen such a recipe on the forum.
The bread is light, fluffy, fine-pored, and tasty.
Try it, you won't regret it.
One "but": in my oven in this mode, for some reason, the choice of the crust color is not provided, so the top of the bread turns out to be pale, but the bottom and sides are ruddy.

Unfortunately, I do not know which Mulinex program is suitable for this regime. I can only give a description of my program from the instructions: "mode" sandwich "- with this program you can mix, raise and bake light bread with a crispy crust." The duration of the program is 3 hours. There is no preheating in my HP. The program immediately starts with a batch. If your HP has a program for Italian bread, then most likely it will work. In some CPs, a similar program is called a "sandwich". If there is neither one nor the other, use a similar description.

There is just such a regime in my stove! And it also takes 3 hours of time. The only question is: is it still for 700 grams of bread? Because 1.5 tsp. dry yeast I always put for a loaf of 900 grams.
And 80 grams of semolina - how much will it be in cups? I only measure with cups, for lack of good scales

Yuliko! In the first message, I brought the recipe from the attached book to my HP, but the bread according to this recipe turned out to be somewhat wet. And I decided to put less yeast, that is, 1 tsp. The dough rises just as well and the crumb is drier. But I use Saf-Levure yeast. With other yeast, maybe 1.5 tsp. will be fine. So you have to try.
As for the semolina: especially for you, I weighed 80 g of semolina on an electronic scale and then poured it into a measuring cup. It turned out exactly 100 ml. So it's very convenient to measure.

Why not? Semolina is the same wheat, only crushed. There are also bread recipes made from wholemeal flour.

But after I changed the HP (the former - DEU - broke down; after it I bought a Panasonic 254), I bake bread with semolina in the "fast" mode according to Elena Bo's recipe, since there is no "Italian" mode in Panasonic, no sandwich mode. But the quick bread turns out to be very good, only the crust is not as thin and tender as in the previous CP.
I want to ask you: do you add soda to kefir? I have never baked on kefir, but I often use whey from kefir, and if I don't add soda, the bread turns out to be lower and denser.

Small changes: I multiplied the portion by one and a half, replaced half of the flour with whole grain, dry yeast by 12 g of pressed fresh (this is one and a half servings), and put the butter in a bucket 5 minutes after the start of kneading. For the first time (it was the day before yesterday), amazingly fluffy, tasty bread came out, which was immediately dared, and today she put her husband to work (out of mercenary motives to discourage him from computer games). He - under my guidance - measured, sifted and put the ingredients, pressed the start of the program and then for three hours was exhausted in impatience, so wanted to see the fruits of his labor. Surprisingly, his bread came out even more beautiful and magnificent than mine! So thank you, Annushka, for a successful recipe, which, I hope, will inspire my half for further baking feats.
