Ingredients

My lightweight version for a bread machine:
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Millet flour. - 400 gr.
Whole wheat flour - 60 gr. (well, I have no grains)
Malt - 1 teaspoon (not put)
Honey - 1 and 2/3 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil - 1.5 tbsp. l. (peanut)
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 270 ml (narzan).

Cooking method

  • For the oven:
  • 100 g whole wheat grains
  • 15 ml malt extract
  • 450 ml warm water
  • 25 gr. fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of transparent honey
  • 25 gr. vegetable fat
  • 675 gr. wheat flour
  • 25 gr. milk powder
  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • Soak wheat grains with malt extract in warm water overnight.
  • Mix yeast and one tsp. honey with a small amount of warm water.
  • Leave it on for 20 minutes. Come up in a warm place. Rub the fat with flour,
  • dry milk and salt and make a depression in the center. Add
  • the yeast that has come up, the remaining honey and the mixture with the wheat. Knead
  • dough and knead until smooth. Place dough in oiled
  • dishes. Cover with oiled wrap and leave in a warm place on
  • one hour to come.
  • Knead the dough again a little and put in two, greased,
  • bread molds with a capacity of 450 gr. Cover the dough forms
  • oiled wrap and place in a warm place for 40 minutes. The dough should rise above the edge of the mold.
