Pumpkin with mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients

Pumpkin 500 g
Rast. oil
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh champignons 500 g
Onion
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pumpkin (fry in vegetable oil until half done, add flour and fry a little more)
  • Fresh champignons (fry with one medium onion and sour cream, salt)
  • Lay the pumpkin in layers (on top you can grind a LITTLE black pepper), mushrooms with onions, diced tomatoes (their number is decided by love or not love for tomatoes), grated cheese. The main thing here is not to overdo it.
    We put this dish in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

I found your Temka in the open spaces of the Bread Maker, and I really liked it by the way I took note as a lean option, but today I did it with minced meat and without tomatoes
I did it in a DEKH-50 multicooker on the BAKING program, only fried the pumpkin in a pan, because I had 1.5 kg of it and instead of sour cream there was homemade yogurt, and everything else according to the text: onion and minced meat + parsley fried in a cartoon, then put it in layers and covered it with shabby cheese
