Omela ,

You have an attractive pie.
But with regard to dieteticity - it is quite possible to take one more step.

It can be like this:

Crumb No. 1 (rub with hands):
30g. vegetable oil
50g. whole grain flour
30 g whole grain crumbs or bran
1/4 tsp stevia or 1 tbsp. l. dark brown sugar
1 \ 2h. l. baking powder

Baby # 2
125g. 0% cottage cheese
50g. whole grain flour
30 g whole grain crumbs or bran
1/4 tsp stevia or 1 tbsp. l. dark brown sugar
1 g vanillin
1 \ 2h. l. baking powder

Do not sprinkle the plums with sugar, or use 1 tsp. dark brown sugar

Good health wishes

Another cake option:

+ curd filling.

Curd pie with plums (Panasonic SR-TMH10)
Curd pie with plums (Panasonic SR-TMH10)

Whip
250g. curd
2pcs eggs
50-70g. Sahara

Pour half of the crumbs. Lay out the filling. Pour the rest of the crumbs on top.

The taste is more delicate. My eaters liked it even better!

I baked a pie according to the second option with curd filling. Delicious!!!! A very delicate combination of dough with curd filling, and prunes add a spicy touch. I didn't have time to take a photo - the batteries were discharged, while I charged - the cake was gone

What a handsome!!!! Special thanks to my husband for the photo and tasting!
And the prunes were not cut in half ?? And then I’m talking to him. I won't be anymore. And that is the most dreary thing for me in making this pie!

And the prunes were not cut in half ??
Nope ... It didn't even occur to me. I just pressed it slightly and that's it.

I report - I baked a pie in the oven. with nectarines and plums. in crumb No. 1 - vegetable oil. Made with cottage cheese filling - 0%, pack + the rest of the pack (from crumb No. 2) + 2 eggs + sugar + approx. 1 tbsp. l. curd, whipped with a blender into a creamy mass. It is done sooooooo quickly, it looks beautiful, it smells delicious - it costs, it cools
Thanks for the recipe!

Girls, how much is the oven in the oven and at what temperature? Well, I have a very appetizing pie. Yes, and about what shape?
Omela
kava Initially, this recipe was for the oven, bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 180C. I also reduced the original recipe by 2 times, for a small multi (20cm) it turned out just right. So, if you are going to bake in the oven, you can increase the rate by 2 times and use the 26cm form, for example.Good luck!

Well, here I am with a report

Curd pie with plums (Panasonic SR-TMH10)

Prepares very quickly from a minimum of products!

Little thing, I made it !! I don’t have a very tasty current photo ... somehow I didn’t have time, I thought I’ll come and take a picture ... then they cut it, then the seagulls ... then they tattered him so much that only crumbs remained
Omela
Gopher, to your health !!! Tea, not the last time you do !! Take another picture !!

variety
On Sunday I baked this cake according to the basic version given in the cap. It turned out to be a dry "pancake" no more than 1-1.5 cm in height (if without a layer of plums). True, I had very few plums, in one layer in half. Well, my cake hasn't grown at all! Made in m / in Panasonic-10. I was afraid to put on 65 minutes, added another 15 minutes. As a result, I got a little podpok at the bottom, a brown crust appeared.
I somehow don't really like it, I generally like biscuit cakes more, but my half really liked it. He demanded to bake more.
Today I decided on a second attempt, however, I replaced plums with apples. And while mixing the two crumbs, I added about a couple of handfuls of medium-chopped roasted peanuts. Baking for 65 minutes was enough. But again the cake turned out to be 1.5 cm high. But this time, in my opinion, the cake tastes better. Conclusion: you can (and even need to) bake with apples!
But I have a question: "Is it this way and should it be thin, or is there something wrong with the baking powder?"
Omela, thanks for the recipe! That's what I really like about it, it's its simplicity with quite decent taste!
Next time I'll cook it with a layer of curd casserole.
Omela
variety, I didn't measure how many centimeters it turns out, but not very thin. How did you mix the crumb? It is necessary to be very careful, shaking in a deep bowl and not crush when to pour. As a result, you shouldn't get "pancake".
variety
Omela, the crumb turned out to be very fine, almost like sand, with mixing, it also did not crumple. I poured it out immediately from the vessel in which I was stirring, and it poured like dry sand. I definitely didn't.

Come on, the main thing is delicious, and height is a secondary matter. This is me, out of my innate "tediousness" I bother with questions!

the main thing is that it is tasty
: friends: support. Once at the dacha we ate only it all season, so my grandmother still remembers - do you remember, there was such a pie ..
Mirabel
Omela, Oksanochka! Tell me please\. Can you bake such a pie with soft cottage cheese?
Omela
Vika, probably, it is possible, only by the number I will not say so that the crumb turns out. It is thinner, therefore, either more flour will be needed, or less cottage cheese itself.
Mirabel
Thank you! I'll try the second option today
Omela
Wait, or did you ask about the filling ??
Mirabel
And about the dough. and about the filling. Cottage cheese is present everywhere.
Omela
Well, yes, I already said about the dough, but the filling with soft cottage cheese will turn out to be thin, it seems to me, it can also put less.
Mirabel
OmelaMaybe I'll thicken it with a little dry pudding?
Omela
exactly, I also wanted to write about starch.)
