Panasonic SR-TMH18 multicooker cake with lemon frosting cream

Ingredients

Dough:
Egg 3 pcs.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Thicken. milk 0.5 b.
Soda (do not extinguish!) 1 tsp
Vanillin taste
Flour 2 tbsp.
Glaze cream:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 100 g
Lemons 2 pcs.
(total weight
300-350 g)

Cooking method

  • Glass = 250 ml
  • Beat eggs lightly with sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour the dough into a multicooker pan and bake for 60 minutes. Cool the finished cake and cut into 3 cakes, then grease with frosting cream (top and sides too).
  • Glaze cream:
  • Pour lemons with boiling water for ~ 30 seconds, grate the zest on a fine grater, then squeeze out the juice.
  • Mix eggs, sugar and butter until smooth, then add juice and lemon zest. The masses will instantly collapse - don't panic! The resulting mass, stirring, cook over low heat until thickened (consistency, like fresh honey).
  • Lubricate the cakes with cold cream.

Note

The cake is very juicy, not greasy, melts in your mouth. Cream, this is something!

All the time I want to try to make cream from oranges, but we love with lemons so much that our hands do not reach.

Decorate as desired, but we love it anyway. The cake should be infused. I leave it overnight, and if it stays for a day or two, this is, in general, my favorite.

Photos, something not very pretty, even thought to post, but the taste will not disappoint you.

Bon Appetit !
If you want a more tender dough, then replace the sour cream in the whey dough, or a mixture of sour cream with whey - I do that.

This cake is very tasty and light.

I got this recipe a long time ago with the note that this is Leo Tolstoy's favorite cake. But, according to the composition, I immediately realized that this could not be like the truth. But, all the same, very tasty.

This dough is universal, you can bake a crust for a roll from it.

PS: Before buying a multicooker, I baked this cake in the oven.

PS: With this cream, it is quite possible to soak any cakes or biscuit.

And I just finished a pie according to your recipe, the cream is already ready, it remains to wait until the pie cools down and you can collect it. Everything seemed to work out as it should! I'll brag in the evening ...

today I baked a cake with this lemon icing.
This glaze is also called Lemon Kurd, I met the recipe before, but I couldn't try it, so I decided, seeing your topic, I really liked it. So it thickens and then freezes. And the taste is super.

Today my mother "finished off" the last piece of this cake, said that today it was the most delicious! Today the cake is 4 days old ...

Envious of yaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!! Want very much! But we have a temporary ban on sweet pastries, we are losing weight.

Qween, I tortured your cake yesterday)))
I wanted to bake a cake with condensed milk. I went in search of a new recipe.I found yours and another one - on another site - very similar, only more and not one sour cream, but sour cream + butter .. Okay, I think, I'll make this poor cake a cupcake - I only eat lemons, it's better without them ... Oven already warmed up, greased the mold, beat the eggs with sugar, added condensed milk ... I open the sour cream - and it, the infection, is covered with mold. Three days in the refrigerator !!!, the production of an Armenian farm from a neighboring village ... No, my rabies already starts with this surname !!! and you will become a racist, because of one harmful family ((((The cupcake needs to be finished ... no sour cream, no cream ... There is milk and yogurt. Added yogurt - an excellent cupcake! Condensed peach Thank you!

lina , to your health!
Instead of sour cream, I even pour whey into this dough, but I don't add more flour than 2 cups. It turns out gorgeous.
Chantal
Qween, and if the oven is in the oven, at what temperature?

Qween, and if the oven is in the oven, at what temperature?
The multicooker for baking has a temperature of 180 degrees. I think that it will be just right in the oven - 180.
mr.Flasher
Thanks for the recipe! Reduced lemon juice to 2 tbsp. spoons ... I also added orange juice and kiwi to the glaze. After preparing the glaze, rubbed it through a sieve to get rid of the remnants of kiwi, zest, etc.

Plus added a little fantasy ...

180 degrees in the oven is clearly a lot! I advise you to set a maximum of 160! I did it with convection at 140, it turned out even that much.
Chantal
great cake turned out! and thanks for the clarification!
mailgor
The cake is very nicely decorated !!!
Qween
mr.Flasher what a wonderful fantasy you have! It's a very beautiful cake.
mr.Flasher
Qween, Chantal, mailgor, Thank you!
Zhivchik
Qween, I have a question: why do not you need to extinguish the soda?
And if the sour cream is fresh and not sour at all, then how can the cake rise?
Qween
Zhivchik , I'm doing great.
Zhivchik
Qween, then I'll try to do it too. Thank you!
And your cake is actually wonderful, so delicious.
Qween
Thank you, Zhivchik ... Try it, maybe you will.

Hello QWEEN! Yesterday I baked your cake, it turned out delicious, only the cream turned out to be very sour, I had to put more sugar. Please tell me a 250ml glass is an ordinary tea mug, right? Do you need to pour the ingredients all the way to the top, or how is the tea poured? If to the very top, then it turns out already more than 250ml. I poured to the mark how the tea is poured, this is probably my mistake. This is not the first time I've had this. Everything seems to be good, but something is wrong. With HP it is easier, everything is strictly in gram. I'm starting to get upset.
Qween
Hello, MOM SONY .
If you get a sour taste, then you did something wrong, that's for sure. I can't imagine what sour lemons should be to make the cream very sour.

I don't know how many ml your tea cups are. If possible, measure once to know for sure.

If the recipe indicates 1 glass, then it means that this is a glass filled under the knife, that is, up to the top, but without goki. I have a regular faceted glass = 250 ml.

I get 150 grams of wheat flour in such a glass, and 200 grams of sugar.

Do not be discouraged, you will succeed!
Sonia's mom
Thanks for the answer! Sour is not sour, but almost all of it was eaten. Tomorrow I'm going to buy a faceted glass. I measured it, as you suggested, in fact, the grams are not at all the same. And if you do it with oranges, is the amount (300-350g) the same? I have perked up and am ready for new exploits! I'm going to give you "thank you".
Qween
MOM SONY, I am glad that you are in a good mood.

I recommend adding the juice of 0.5 lemon to the orange juice. Let the total weight of citrus fruits remain that way - 300-350 grams.

Good luck to you!
Sonia's mom
Hurrah! Here is my noble cake! I bought a faceted glass and the cake really tasted a lot and prettier. The husband let him brew for exactly half an hour. The dough is really incomparable, I have come up with a bunch of different creams for it.

And I came with a thank you! I made this cake for old NG, for a test. Personally, I really liked OCHCHCHChen, only I pre-soaked the cakes with lemon syrup (I poured the lemon peels remaining after pressing with boiling water, let it brew. Then I drained the liquid and added 50 grams of sugar, brought to a boil). And my husband is not at all a fan of citrus fruits, but after trying, he said: "It's tasty, but I like chocolate cakes more." Taste and color ...
Here is my cut, and went with a plus sign to the hostess!
