Colored bread (bread maker)

Colored bread (bread maker)

Ingredients

Dry yeast 2 tsp
Millet flour. 450 g
Sugar 40 g (2 tbsp. L.)
Salt 8 g (1.5 tsp)
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. lies.
Serum 220 ml (water can be used).

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in the Dough mode. Then she divided the dough into 3 parts. I left one as it is. In the second, I added 1 teaspoon of turmeric + 1 teaspoon of dry red paprika for a yellow dough. In the third part I added 1 teaspoon of glofa (liquid malt extract) to give the dough a dark color. She rolled out bundles of different colors from the dough, intertwined them and randomly put them in a bucket. Can be baked as loaves. It will be very beautiful (unfortunately I do not have an oven, so I only dream of loaves) Sprinkled with sesame seeds and put on the Quick bread program.
  • The bread is very beautiful in section, especially beautiful yellow dough, unusual and tasty.
  • And then ... but in general advice, take any favorite recipe you have tried and color the dough, and then improvisation, you can sculpt buns and baguettes. I was the first to use turmeric for coloring the dough yellow recently, in bread with turmeric and paprika (the recipe is presented in this section)

Sprinkled with sesame seeds and set the Quick bread program.

natamylove, tell me, does the Quick Bread program skip the batch in your oven? All the colored strands will move, and nothing will work ... Maybe you turn on Baking right away?

I also thought about this question before I read to the last message.
"Came up with" a way out - when laying a colored lump in the "Fast" mode, do not insert a kneading spatula

I removed the scapula.

Natamylove!
Now I am making bread according to your recipe. What happens: if after dough, divide it into 3 parts and "paint", then a well-mixed dough is poorly painted. That is, turmeric and pepper mix unevenly with the dough. It turns out an uneven paint. Maybe it makes sense to immediately divide the ingredients into 3 parts, immediately add the "dyes" and knead separately?

Of course, I made it for a long time, but I remember exactly that I kneaded in a bread maker in small three portions, the bread maker kneaded everything perfectly.

And if you do three different (in terms of color) kneading in the "dough" mode, not allowing the dough to fit. Then turn on the "quick bread" program (or another suitable program for your dough recipe), and while the HP is kneading idly, weave pigtails, rolls, who is good for what, and at the end of the second kneading time, put your structure in the HP bucket for further lifting and baking? Well, about how the "Red curl" was done ... ( https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=168.0 )

And why can't you knead everything, paint, weave and put it on the rise, when it rises, turn on the baking? Or did I misunderstand?

Could be so. But after painting, you still have to knead each color separately so that the color is evenly distributed, before weaving, you will have to again, or am I mistaken? (Mash, I'll tell you a secret: it's lazy for me to paint and knead with pens)
