Kulich (in a bread maker)

Ingredients

milk 3/4 cup
eggs 2 pcs.
butter 3 tbsp. l. (melt in milk)
bread flour 3 cups
sugar 1/4 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
yeast 1 1/2 tsp (active dry yeast)
Glaze:
yolk 1 PC.
milk 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
poppy

Cooking method

  • Of those baking recipes that I managed to check, I would use this one for cake (recipe from the site 🔗).
  • 1 cup = 240 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml., 1 tbsp. l. = 15 ml
  • Mode: "basic", medium crust. In 5 min. Before baking, grease with glaze and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • I remember that someone scolded this recipe for the fact that the dough turns out to be thin, tried to "bring to mind." If you have good yeast, feel free to follow the recipe, only cut the salt to 1/2 tsp. (I will now try to correct the recipe). This time I tinted the dough with saffron, and boiled the milk for 30 minutes. insisted with ground cadramon, and then filtered. Baked in the oven for 35 minutes at 175 C.

So the recipe is suitable for cooking COMPLETELY in a bread maker ?! Or just in the oven? What happened in Main Mode?
Already which recipe is only getting in the way of HP ...
I have Mystery 1202, there is a Whole Grain mode with preheating.
The base is ordinary white bread for a body weight of 3h25m per 1kg
You can also Bake 1-1.5h ...
Which one is better to use?
