Ingredients

Lemon 1 piece (large)
Raisins 0.5 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Butter 50 g
Wheat flour 3/4 Art.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda pinch

Juice and pulp of one lemon
Sugar 1/4 Art.

Cooking method

  • Wash the raisins and pour boiling water over them.
  • Boil the lemon for 15 minutes in plenty of water.
  • Put in cold water until cool.
  • Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the pulp and juice into a small bowl. Select bones.
  • Skins of lemon and raisins mince.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  • Put raisins with lemon, pour in melted butter. Mix.
  • Add flour with baking powder and baking soda. You should get a thick flowing dough.
  • Lightly grease the bottom of the d = 20cm mold and pour out the dough.
  • Place in an oven preheated to t = 200 ~ 220 ° C for 25 ~ 30 minutes.

  • Leave the cake to cool completely.
