Yeast-free bagels "Fragrant" with chocolate

Ingredients
Flour
(guided by the test,
it must be plastic,
but not "tight") 2-3 tbsp.
Sugar 2-3 tbsp. l.
Margarine 150 g
Sour cream 200 g
Zest of one orange
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Chocolate bar
Cooking method

Beat the softened margarine lightly with sugar and vanilla sugar, add zest, sour cream and soda, mix, adding sifted flour, knead the dough, wrap it in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Break the chocolate into narrow slices. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll out circles no more than 2 mm thick, cut the circles into triangular sectors. Put a small piece of chocolate on the wide end, wrap the bagels.
Cover the baking sheet with paper, grease it with butter, lay out the bagels at a short distance from each other.
Sprinkle hot and generous powdered sugar.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Cooking program: Bake at 200C degrees

I didn't add zest, the filling was plum jam. I put 20 more grams of butter and sour cream - I scraped out the rest. It took 400 grams of flour, but 350-370 grams could be dispensed with. The dough is good at work. Baked on paper.
Excellent bagels Approved, said to bake such Fuf now, the dough came up ... it didn't work - either too fat, then too crumbly, then like a bun, then something else is wrong ... - but these half are gone, and it seems it's like that!
