Lemon cake in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients

DOUGH:
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Lemon 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
CREAM:
Lemon 1 PC.
Rustic sour cream
or heavy cream (30 ~ 40%)
300 g
Sour cream 15 ~ 20% 200 g
Sugar 2/3 st.

Cooking method

  • For the cream, instead of all the sour cream, I took only whipping cream (35%) and a pack of cream fixer.
  • Boil lemons in plenty of water (10 ~ 15 minutes).I just boiled it with boiling water and stood it until the water cooled down.Remove from water and cool. Cut across, squeeze the pulp into a bowl, while picking out the seeds. Scroll the lemons through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. Put half the volume of the scrolled lemons, mix (I put 2/3 in the dough and 1/3 in the cream).
  • Pour in flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder. Stir quickly and pour into the multicooker bowl. Baking 65 minutes, do not open for 10 minutes. Then remove and cool completely.
  • For the cream, beat the village sour cream with sugar until stiff.
  • Stir in the sour cream and the remaining lemon mass.
  • I whipped the cream, cream fixer and sugar until stiff and stir in the rest of the ground lemon.
  • Cut the cooled biscuit into 2 parts and coat the middle and top with cream. Garnish with lemon zest.

The recipe is very suitable for multi. The biscuit turns out to be tender, well-baked, airy, fragrant. She highlighted her changes in red.

In the evening, when it is soaked, I will take a photo in the section.
