Cooking method

  • We bake 2 cakes.
  • Bake each cake, cut into 2 pieces.
  • Cream:
  • Whisk 4 egg whites
  • Whisk 0.5 liters of cream (or fatty non-acidic sour cream) with 1 tbsp. sugar + vanillin.
  • Gently mix the cream with the whites and grease the cakes. The cake is very large.

Somehow I wanted to bake a quick cake. I took half a portion of each cake and carefully poured one dough onto another into the multicooker pan. I cut the finished two-color cake into 4 more cakes and smeared it with cream. Already when they finished eating, I remembered that there was no cake in the subject and decided to bring a photo of a cake from one multicooker cake. When I bake again, I will put the brown dough first - it still has a cocoa color, but I poured the white dough first and it browned from below, so it’s not very clear that there are two white cakes and two with cocoa.

The cakes seem so uneven because they are very porous and the cream has filled these large pores.

It seemed to me that the cake would not be enough for us if you bake half a dark cake, so I baked a whole portion of it. Cut the cakes in half.
