And yesterday I left it for the night so that in the morning white bread would be baked for breakfast.
It’s so fortunate that we woke up early, the dough turned out like pancakes, it began to boil out of the bucket and the ten was covered with a burning crust in places. The instructions say. that you can wipe it with a sponge and water, but it does not help.

I would like to find out from knowledgeable people what can be cleaned, otherwise, without knowing, it is somehow scary to clean with something abrasive

I have a Moulinex OW 3000, but I don't think they have different heating elements. Over time, not only the heating element will burn, but also the walls, so do not worry too much about this. I clean with "Shumanite" - I sprinkled it, let it stand for a couple of minutes and wiped it off with a washcloth. It eats away precisely the stuck burned spots from metal surfaces.

Water 255, Flour 420. There are two doses. In general, it's strange, the proportions seem to converge more or less.
And on white bread, flour - 600 g, water 350 ml.
Why I have such nonsense turns out, I can not understand.
But according to the recipe for the bagels, everything was super. They turned out so delicious. True, while I was baking the second portion of 4 bagels, my husband had already eaten the first.

But in general, the thing is cool. But now, really, I will first check unknown recipes. And wait for the gingerbread man to roll.

But on the other hand, I pulled out the dough from the oven, since it did not have time to bake, I added flour and baked 2 huge loaves of bread in the oven.

Here I am bragging. I baked dairy bread (Viennese pastries) according to the recipe from Mulieszka. It turned out GREAT !!! I have not regretted a gram that I bought this particular model (OW6002)

I didn't notice much difference. On program number 9, the crust is as crisp as possible, but not significantly, therefore bake white bread for any.
