Ingredients

Fish fillet 1 kg
Egg 1 PC
Juice of half a lemon
Cheese 300-400 gr
Crab sticks 250 g
Shrimp 0.5KG
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Dip the telapia fillet in an egg, salt and pepper, spread out in a layer, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the filling, cheese, crab sticks, shrimps. In better times, I made such a roll of fillets in two colors - white and pink.


  • It is better to take cheese like gouda, it melts well. You can lay out the cheese in thin slices, or you can rub it on a grater and mix with another filling, so that in this case it is a connecting link. I rubbed cheese into a fish roll and mixed it with chopped crab meat. Lay out what should be in the center according to the idea in a long hill along the very edge. You will start folding from this edge. I laid out the shrimp like that. And you can lay olives, olives, squid, greens. Rolls are tied with threads and wrapped in foil. In the oven 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then open the foil and another 20 minutes for browning.

Natulek, where plump can be cut. To clarify: we take not compressed fillets, but whole layers of fillets, they are not so thick.

Spread cellophane wrap on the table. Spread the fillet overlap on it so that one piece of fish goes sideways on the other. The result should be a rectangular layer. The larger side of the rectangle is the length of the future roll. Roll up into a roll with foil on the smaller side. I don't have fillets in stock now, and the camera won't come home soon, unfortunately, I can't take a picture of you. Did it become clearer or not, at least a little? Of course, it is better if for the first time someone helps you to fold the roll so that it does not fall apart.
