It is prepared very quickly and easily. The recipe was once taken from the newspaper "Self-assembled tablecloth". Take frozen mackerel with head. Gut the entrails, rinse with water and dry well. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil (I put it on baking paper), put the fish and put it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then take it out and pour it over with the resulting liquid and again for 2-3 minutes in the oven (if it comes out, of course, this time I don't have much mackerel large, there was practically no liquid).
Then put on a dish. Cut with a knife in the middle along the bone, then up and down (so as not to crumble). Delicious when left in the fridge.
According to this recipe, they made herring, Finnish herring, flounder, bream. Mine like it, but I like mackerel more. The photo, of course not very successful, but better than nothing.
