Nutella buns

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 300 g
Milk (warm) 125 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 60 g
Fresh yeast 12 g
Egg (lightly beaten) 1 PC.
Filling:
Nutella 200 g
Egg + water for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in a food processor or in a food processor.
  • Let rise for 40 minutes. If kneaded in HP, then leave it in it. If in a food processor, transfer to a bowl, cover and place in a warm place.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface (I rolled it out on a silicone mat).
  • Grease the surface of the dough with nutella and roll into a roll along the length. Cut into 9 identical pieces (it is convenient to do this with a thread).
  • Pinch slightly on one side.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lay the "rolls" on it with the pinched side down. Distance in a warm place 30 minutes. Brush with an egg mixed with 1-2 tbsp. l. water.

The dish is designed for

9 pcs.

Time for preparing:

25-30 minutes

Cooking program:

The oven is preheated to 180 gr. oven until browned.
I baked with convection at 160 gr.

Note

The taste and ease of preparation of these "rolls" cannot even be described. A recipe from a Portuguese cookbook. The dough is prepared quickly and easily in a food processor (as I did), it is possible in HP. And the smell that hovered in the apartment when baking almost drove me crazy.

Delicious and quick to prepare! It tastes better when warm. Nutella is like melted chocolate. Mmmmmmmm ....

Bon Appetit!

An interesting recipe, but Nutella is the whole periodic table. There, besides cocoa, there are only solid E. And what can replace it?
Mila007
Oh, now this "table" is everywhere! And we are probably already full of it
It seems to me that you can replace melted chocolate with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. butter. In this case, pinch one side well.
And so delicious with nutella. But you can do it at home too. I haven't tried it, but the recipe was somewhere ... If necessary, I'll look ...
Mila007
And you are doing the right thing! If time permits, then it should be done!
This is my recipe.

Cream-paste "Nutella"
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 2/3 tbsp.
Vanillin, cinnamon to taste
Milk - 125 ml + 250 ml
Butter - 50 g

Stir cocoa, flour, sugar (cinnamon, vanillin) and dilute in milk.
Boil 1 tbsp. milk and pour in the mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly (he likes to burn very much) until thick.
Add oil and stir. You can add nuts.

Is there salt in the recipe?
And then the unsalted buns turned out, but the dough is very fluffy and soft.

Thank you for complimenting the test
No, there was no salt in the recipe, and I didn't put it in. But you can always add a pinch

I did it again, just put more "Nutella" and added half a teaspoon of salt to the dough.
Yummy
Thanks again for the original recipe.

Nutella was made with a recipe from natamylove.
