The idea is good. Implementation. On the 5th day, the drive failed. The bread is delicious, but the top was not nirazu darker than the sides - apparently the window still affects. Trays, in my opinion, are nothing more than a toy. Mini loafs are something, dolls are also dolls. Okay, all this would be done in the machine, but first the dough, then the rolls.
A separate topic is leadership. It is incomprehensibly written, in one book there are several languages and on toilet paper. The scanner had to make a normal brochure.
When replacing the stove, I looked at all the presented models in MVideo and came to the conclusion that all the "baguette holders" are made on the same platform (the "trough" drive is exactly the same). I am sure that new mules will also have drive failures.
Disappointing.
I will add a small comparison with Panasonic 255, which I now have. Phillips works much louder (probably because of the gears of the drive of the second blade), the kneading turns out worse - it turned out two koloboks, which were connected when the dough was raised. It was clearly visible on the texture of the finished bread. Although Philips' loaf is more "loafy" due to the oblong trough. There is also no "temperature equalization" - the kneading starts immediately.
In general, P's bread is much better quality and tastier than that of F (the opinion of the whole family, the dog groaned pastries and F and P are the same). The ingredients were used the same. For correct comparison, P added milk powder like F.
In terms of the interior, P is also preferable. About F one friend quipped - "what for you a dry closet in the kitchen"?
Everything IMHO.

In fact, I also chose for a long time. Lured to a new platform and baguettes. As I already wrote, the choice was unsuccessful. Now Panasonic has a stable result. Thanks to this forum, I learned (and already bought) a multicooker. Super! Thanks to the forum users for the information and recipes. According to Philips. I'm not very good with him. Previously, everything in the house was Panasonic, Sony and Bosch. But the TV set is F class, for this a cinema reached out, also F, which burned down six months later (it was repaired for almost a month and a half). This is my first household appliance breakdown. The bread maker has now burned out. I’ll hardly buy Phillips for myself now.

I agree with everything ... only my drive failed on the 4th day

Good evening everyone. I bought this miracle 2 months ago. I chose the bread maker for a long time. Of course, I really wanted to have a device that would bake not only bread, but all sorts of buns. I have two small children and this is important to me. Therefore, I really like the fact that this oven has molds for buns and baguettes. While I'm a baker - no one. I baked the usual white recipe several times - I liked the result. I have already mastered the buns perfectly. The result is always excellent. I also cooked jam and rice porridge - great too. In short, I'm happy with the purchase. The fact that the crust in this bread maker is always light does not bother me and does not upset me. And thank God with the drive I'm all right. I am happy with the purchase.

Hello everyone, I recently had Phillips baked only 4 mixes, only 2 were more successful, but I could not buy everything I needed to go with the bread, and today I cooked up 1 grade flour and rye flour, I brewed dry kvass, since so far nothing else could not buy - added whey-salt sugar. yeast-half tspl vinegar - it turned out very tasty bread - airy and porous - I did not report a little flour - I baked everything according to the recipe for 500g - another 1 tablespoon of bran - it seems delicious - while I'm happy with this stove - I don't know how to put a photo!

And tonight she baked such delicious white bread that my husband admired, and you can't expect this from him. He had asked for a loaf for a long time, but all the recipes were exactly like white bread. And this soft, tender and very fragrant bar. And how fried it turned out - I was surprised myself. Tomorrow I'll post a photo.

Tatianyshka, let's not multiply our recipes on different forum topics at once.
If this is a full-fledged recipe and framed correctly, its place in the Yeast Bread section. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=80290.0
This is where your recipe is originally placed. I delete the rest of the topics.

Hello everyone! I recently bought my mother Filka 9040. A week before the purchase, I researched many shops in my city, read the forums (by the way, thanks, I learned a lot from them) and decided to stop at Mulka, which makes baguettes. When I went after her, I saw just a "baguette" Philips! They said that this HP was made on the same equipment on which Mulks are made. That the details are the same, just a different design and brand. They also said about the programs that they are all the same. The only difference is that in the event of a short power outage while kneading dough or baking bread, Filka remembers the running program for 7 minutes. And the mulka forgets everything at once! In this situation, the dough can be taken and thrown away. Since I have such things at home (once a week is the minimum ... and in the whole area), I decided to take Filka, in addition, it turned out to be 20% cheaper. I baked bread twice and made baguettes once! The baguettes turned out to be unsuccessful, I will not even talk about them. And I will say about bread! The color of the selected crust does not differ from each other. The first time the bread was very dense! the second time there was no top at all! Of course, none of the household baked bread before. And we are all a little upset that nothing is working out so far ... (judging by the pictures on the forum and the exclamations that the bread is not allowed to cool down, that they are immediately eaten, then we really did not succeed). In my opinion, some kind of damp bread turned out with a taste of yeast. I don't know what to think! I begin to scold myself a little for not buying Mulka ... (My sister has been with Mulka for two years now, so she's just happy!) ... Maybe I shouldn't have trusted Phillips? There are no really reviews about him, but in the store they will say anything they want. They just want to sell.
In general, let's see! I will write later, maybe something will turn out. I want to ask a question right away: in the recipes they ask for first grade flour. Is the highest grade okay?

Hi Berner. To get started, don't worry and read everything related to the basics of baking. Read what troubles there may be, etc. etc. This is important. Then start baking.
I was also completely at a loss at first, but now I already have some experience.
I have already posted a couple of recipes on the site - they are already adapted to our bread maker. But you still have to watch. How the dough is kneaded.
See our forum and forum on the 9020 bread maker there are also a couple of recipes. Experience will come, believe me.
And our stove is cool.
From the fact that I tried only the first bread recipe in the book, I will not say that I liked it. As I wrote - I really like bread on white kefir (just do not put bran in it, I noticed that it rises worse), and from black - rye bread without anything.Recently, everyone really liked the bread - a loaf a la Barvikhinsky with wheat grits. It's late today, but tomorrow I'll write how I do it, I changed it a little. Amazing bread.
At the expense of flour - I have all the flour of the highest grade "Altai Father". So you can safely use it.
I also posted a photo of buns - the recipe is also from the collection, with minor changes (the base is cinnamon buns). I don't take half an egg, but add almost everything - leaving just a little to grease and sprinkle with sugar. I also add a packet of vanilla sugar. If I make buns without filling, then my dough is not strong. And if I do it with a filling, I add a little flour, otherwise it spreads and does not put the filling in any way. Children love raisin and lingonberry buns.
But I was just going to try the baguettes tomorrow - I'll write my impressions.
So gain experience - you will succeed.

Good time of the day! I want to say that I baked French bread in Filka 9040! I liked it very much !!! Very tasty!!! But again, the top of the beautiful crust did not work out ... the bread turned out in the form of a parallelepiped I do not know, maybe there is not enough yeast? Has anyone had anything like that? .... And the side and bottom crust is very crispy!
Tatyanushka, how's it going with the baguettes? Did it work out? I want to make bread on kefir tomorrow !!!

Hello, Berner! I had a similar situation, we came to the store for Mulinex, and left Philips 9040. I was happy until I threw the first two breads into the trash ... Then I realized what was the reason, I corrected it. The color of the crust was disappointing, but then I added a little more milk powder and everything fell into place. I already wrote in another topic about this stove that I take away from the recipes for this stove 100 g of flour. That is, according to the recipe for a 750 g loaf, you need to put 500 g, I put in 400. I got myself a notebook and write down the updated recipes in it. And I put less flour in the buns, otherwise they were very "heavy" for the stomach. I use only dry yeast, they do not "smell" in bread. Flour only sun.
After all the changes, the bread is eaten instantly !!!
Do not despair! Everything will work out! Good luck!

Hi, Zhenechka !!! By the way, I, too, Zhenya Thank you very much for your advice !!!! Unfortunately, I no longer have this HP ... ((((
Right now, I'll tell you why ... One day I returned from a business trip and came to my mother. I thought I was eating delicious bread. However, my mother upset me and said that our Filka was broken. I'll check it out. Indeed, you press "start", but there is no reaction. Doesn't knead the dough ... I took her to the store, from there they sent me along with my HP to the service ... But I did differently. I read the law on consumer protection and returned to them with a demand to return the money! I am legally entitled to do so! I was received in a different way. We looked at the stove, turned it on and ... MIRACLES !!!! - it worked !!! I said that I didn’t work at home .... let's check all the programs, and we didn’t work. Nos. 3, 4 and 7 didn’t work .... The guys immediately called "somewhere", and the girl from this "somewhere" answered, that they say these programs are 20 minutes and should not knead, they kind of warm up the dough a little bit, and then knead ... (we waited at home for more than an hour, and nothing was kneading). In general, they took the HP for quality control (I’ll say right away that this was my mistake, because they have to do the quality check with me. Otherwise, they can quietly fix it and return it as a working one. Then you won't prove anything to anyone). Then a letter came from them, in which they wrote that they were refusing my request to return the money, since KP was working. I went to the store. I think it works well, okay ... although it's a shame that the new thing broke down after 3 weeks of operation ...
In general, I came, I say, they say, let's check all the programs, since it works! We include. The first works, the second doesn't work. then there were a million attempts to start it, but nothing ... the drive does not work !!! she does not knead ... in the end, the seller left somewhere ... came and said that the store was returning money to me ...Thank God everything ended well !!! Right now there is no HP yet, but I will definitely buy it! I think I will only go for Moulinex !!! Although you can see Panasonic ... But I'm sure for sure that I will only choose from these models. And to you, Zhenechka, I wish you delicious and beautiful bread !!! I hope that you will not have problems with Filka !!! Otherwise, you can safely go to the store and demand money! This applies to everyone! Guys, know your rights !!! otherwise we are fooled at every step! How to buy a new HP, I will write))))
Zhenechka01
Hello, Teska!
Regarding the new HP, I want to say this: the store told me that Moulinex is not very good, I cannot judge the veracity of this information, because, according to them, Phillips is the most beautiful HP. But my dad bought a Panasonic 1.5 years ago, I don’t remember the letters, but the numbers 254. There are many people on the site with these and newer Panasonic models. Now, it seems to me, if I chose a new HP, then I would definitely stop at Panasonic. Although it's up to you!
My HP, Thank God, is working well. Otherwise, I would not know how to behave ... Thank you for your advice!
I hope I don't have to use it !!
Berner
Good evening, Zhenya! Or a day))) It's not as late in Kharkov as mine
Thanks for the advice on HP. My sister (in Zaporozhye) Moulinex is already 2 years old ... and she is very happy !!! I tried one of her pieces - just super !!!! And we just chose our Phillips with her when she came to visit ... I was told that Phillips and Moulinex are made on the same equipment, that in fact they do not differ from each other ... Unfortunately, I had a defective HP .... but nothing ... a new year is ahead! I think to please my mother with a new HP But not Phillips)))) I still lean towards moulinex ... and to a simple model, I don't want baguette HP now, let it be just bread and a cake
