I think my starter is the simplest.
I got it by accident, I made a juice from apples for the child, it turned out to be sour and the child did not drink it, I, in turn, forgot to hide it in the refrigerator, in the morning it fermented and smelled in the cup.
So I decided to try it.

Apple sourdough


You will need 1 second for a cup of freshly squeezed juice. l sugar.
Leave the juice for 24 hours (it may take longer) the juice should ferment.
When the juice ferments, add white flour, so that it looks like a cake, cover with a crumb.
I did all this in a plastic box with a lid.
When the mixture is fermented well, knead the dough.
Sourdough + flour, divide the finished dough into 2 parts, knead the bread from one part and put the other part in the refrigerator for the next bread. And so every time.
Sourdough bread recipe.
250 g sourdough
100 g of kefir
1 egg
1c. l sugar
1 tsp salt
How much flour it takes for a good kolobok.
To make such bread, I use the "kneading" program, leave it to come up overnight and bake it in the morning.
