"Snowy" cake

Snowy cake

Ingredients

Cake
Egg 1 PC
Margarine 100 g
Sugar 0.5 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
flour 1 glass
The foundation
gelatin 30 g
soft cottage cheese 500 g
sugar 1 glass
varenets (I have a drinking activity) 1 glass
Apple 0.5 pcs
pear 0.5 pcs
Decoration
orange 1 PC
kiwi 1 PC

Cooking method

  • The name matches the taste of this cake. It is cool and very delicate.

  • 1. Beat sugar with egg, add melted margarine, baking powder and flour, knead the dough. We transfer to a greased form and bake in the oven at 180 gr. until golden brown.
  • 2. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiled water.
  • 3. Mix cottage cheese with varenets, sugar.
  • 4. Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath. Add to the curd mass.
  • 5. Add apple and pear, peeled and cut into small cubes, to the curd mass.
  • 6. Peel the kiwi and oranges, cut into thin slices and semicircles. We spread the shape with them - the bottom and sides. (I have a split form 26cm)
  • 7. For fruit - curd mass, cake on top. And in the cold for a few hours.
  • 8. We release the cake from the mold by turning it over onto a dish.
