Ingredients

Rye flour 350 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Semolina 50 g
Dry potato flakes -

Cooking method

  • I switched on the "Pizza" Mode, when after 15 minutes the kneading was over, pressed "Stop", and again switched on the "Pizza" - now until the end of the program. After the end of the regime, I noticed 1 hour 20 minutes. and gave the bread in a bucket to distance. After the lapse of time, gently and quickly grease the "roof" of the bread with slightly warmed milk, the temperature of fresh milk with a silicone brush. Using the timer button, set the Bake mode to 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • What am I all for? Just mix fermented milk products in different versions and dilute with water in half proportions ... That is, there could be more cottage cheese, or it could not be at all, but for example, there will be sour cream. No dry potatoes, plump 100-150 mashed potatoes or use potato broth instead of water. Don't forget the lemon juice. Instead of chicory for color, you can pour a little tea leaves. Lovers of malt, caraway seeds, etc. can drink everything as they are used to. You can make it sweeter or saltier - it's all a matter of taste .... All these additives like Agram and Extra-R can be put, or you can not put it ... Or you can - in a different proportion ... Imagine, to your health !!! But, at the same time, MANDATORY, look after the kolobok !!! You may need less or more water, depending on the moisture content of the flour, the weather and many other factors ... Just in case, I always prepare 20 ml of water and 20 grams of flour in a glass ... What the bun asks for, we'll give it!

And if you mean the calculation of flour, - after all, everything is indicated in the recipe: 350 g of rye + 100 g of wheat + 50 g of semolina ... That's the whole calculation

The "Pizza" mode does not bake bread simply because pizza is a flatbread There is kneading, then proofing. The total length is 45 minutes. For rye dough, such a proofing is not enough, so I proof for a longer time than the program.

In Panasonic there is no top frying, although there is still some heating from above, because the top of the bread is not white. Rye breads, and all breads, even in Moulinex are obtained not with a white, but with a normally baked roof. Where did you get the idea that you only have heating from below?

Gasha, thank you very much for the recipe, the first time I got a tall and beautiful rye bread, before that there were all the bricks, but still they ate everything))) I did it with potato broth, added a couple of spoons of mashed potatoes, and put a fried onion, in general, like you wrote, experimented to the fullest) and very carefully followed the kolobok. I still think I should have had more flour.

Excellent loaf !!! You can literally add a tablespoon of flour ... or slightly reduce the water, then the roof will be rounder
