Girls!!! Don't cook by the book !!!! Horror what happens there .... Pilaf here is simply incomparable !!! I'm already cooking it with my eyes closed !!! I'll post it in my topic!

I disagree with the modes and time, but for clarity, HOW to cook with the lid open.
Py. Sy If you put it in the wrong place ..... Sori !!!
Aunt Besya
In terms of communication with the device, it is available. But why should the authors of the video lie so openly - "in 10 minutes", they would write honestly - after 30
zvezda
I put it up as a user manual, specifically how to fry with the lid open. Over time, I disagree on any point !!! Roasting for 10 minutes ..... everything will burn there !!! And wait for warming up, 5 minutes ..... not true, it is heated immediately !!!

zvezda , Thank you! , now I know what it is to start the Toasting mode with the lid open
zvezda
Good luck to you!!!! : flowers: Just keep in mind that it starts to warm up almost immediately and I don’t put anything for more than 5 minutes! Usually 2-3 minutes are enough !!!
Py. Sy. Glad I helped you !!!!

Well, this video was made by the distributors of Kuku, and they, the masters of hanging people on the ears ...

Good day! I bought Cuckoo 1054 a month ago. SURPRISES and PLEASES. ALL THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the recipes, tips, hints, they are very good for beginners. help! Yesterday I cooked pilaf according to the recipe from Rolik. The pilaf turned out to be RIGHT, delicious. I used to cook pilaf in a cauldron, in Kukushka it is just as tasty, but easier and faster. Nothing burned in the Frying mode for 10 minutes. Coarsely chopped meat and vegetables take a long time to roast. On the MULTI-COOK mode 110gr. 10 minutes - the total cooking time is 32 minutes (I did not fill it with hot water, I think it would be faster with hot water).

A bit frustrating is the fact that there are very few recipes for preparing "first courses"
just about 6-7 recipes. And even then made with the help of homemade but semi-finished products (frozen broth, frozen pearl barley) there is only one recipe from scratch Chicken soup with prunes from Admin https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=75428.0

Admin Please Ukrainian borscht or "Russified" with beetroot and tomatoes or pasta: nyam: with or without cracklings, with donuts, or without them, and it is desirable that the "spoon stood" (just kidding of course). And traditional cabbage soup is sour

Offended ..... I don't cook homemade pearl barley from semi-finished products at all, I just cook it in large quantities until half cooked, in containers and in the freezer, thus shortening the time for making soups with this type of cereal .. semi-finished frozen tomatoes from the freezer or peppers ..

I bought this saucepan 1054 for school. Today I cooked in it for the first time. Before that, there was no CF, I was reluctant to use domestic pressure cookers (everything worked out muddy and boiled). Today I began to cook rice milk porridge. For a long time I could not decide on the amount of milk, I poured 1 to 1.5, it turned out a little dry and fried a little, I did not dare to add raisins yet, you never know what. I learn porridge for school. And when delayed until the morning, the milk will not turn sour? After the porridge, I set the beef tongue to cook 1.5 kg (multi-cook 40min 110 degrees, water until - not cooked. Now I repeat on multi-cook, the same 40 minutes, I hope it will be ready. Just something long. By the way, it was ice cream, maybe Is this the case? ”The broth turned out to be transparent, I always cook a hodgepodge on it.
Admin

Beetle extractor, congratulations on purchasing such a wonderful saucepan

Let's figure it out as best we can.

For porridge, you need as much water as cooking in a Panasonic cartoon. For 1 measuring cup of cereal - 3 cups of water. It will turn out to be a normal porridge. If thinner, add 1/2 cup more water. And then try to decide for what cereal, how much water you need.
I measure only with cups, because I have deduced for myself my own "standard", which makes me thicker.
If you put milk on the timer, put a piece of frozen milk, by morning it will melt and it will be as it should, the milk will not curdle.

Make it a rule:
if the tongue is not cooked, and you do not know the exact time of its preparation (cook the tongue or other meat for the first time in this pan), then after the end of the program try the tongue (meat) with a knitting needle, on the bite (as convenient) and if not ready, turn on the additional cooking time on the same mode and temperature, but change the time + or -, depending on the degree of cookiness of the meat. And the meat will cook right!
And you don't need to put your tongue in a slow cooker - there you need to cook the beef tongue for about 2.5-3 hours in time.

I cook this way if I have a new dish, and I don't know how long it will take exactly.

And most importantly, you need to improve your mood and attitude towards household appliances, our so interesting and convenient assistants, cook with interest, if it doesn't work out - ask questions, we'll try to figure it out

Admin I went to put buckwheat porridge in milk, they say it is fried, what are the recommendations?
Beetle extractor
Admin, thank you very much for your congratulations! I have never had a multicooker. By the way, are recipes for a multicooker suitable for Kuku taking into account the difference in cooking time? About ice cream milk, I would never have thought of that. Although the new task is how to pack this milk? My (beef) tongue is cooked, maybe even a little overcooked, well, I'm probably picking on it. And what does the scale on the bowl mean and how to use it, except for liters, of course?
Omela
Did rice, not calculated with liquid. For me, a little dry, although my husband even refused cutlets in favor of rice !! What miracles happen!
Now I'm going to cook the soup, I still don't know, are you removing the foam or not?
Omela
And which water is more correct to pour - hot or cold?

Fill milk in disposable plastic (or other) 500 ml jars. is the amount that is sufficient for 1 measuring cup (200 ml) from the multi.

Any recipe is suitable - you just need to get used to it and make a discount that it is cooked faster and faster in kuku. For now, take our Kuku recipes as a basis.

And why hot in an ordinary saucepan or in a cartoon how do you cook? plain water, and cooks so quickly
Omela
Well, I used the Cuckoo one day, or rather one night. She made pilaf and soup. Not to say that I am upset, but I do not feel much joy either! You can say thoughtful - do I need it ??? Even the thought arose to sell at a discount!

I cooked the soup on beef, Multipovar 110C 30 minutes (total cooking time 1h10min). Maybe a lot, but I didn't know how much to put, made it by analogy with borscht from the recipe book. The broth is almost half boiled away, it is dark in color, although in all other respects there are no questions: the meat is soft. In principle, delicious.

In general, while I'm confused ...
Admin

Omela, we have high pressure pot - SCAN!
This is not a multi-cooker like Panasonic, in which the soup is cooked for 1.5-2 hours.

To Kuku meat in a piece 1-1.5 kg cooks in 30-40 minutes !!!!

And no need to take cooking time in cookbooks! Focus on the cooking time in the SKIER - Time spent on cooking various foods in the pressure cooker
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=76459.0

Make a sign for yourself to start with our recipes on the forum - mode, time, temperature - follow them and go for now!

Soup, cabbage soup with portioned pieces of meat (and not a 1 kg piece) will be ready in about 10-20 minutes (depending on the type of meat, chicken is faster).
Then the broth will not boil away, and it will be light and tasty.

To be honest, in the first days I also had negative thoughts about the pan - and the only reason is that I did not know how to adjust to it and combine the cooking time and temperature and in what mode

And now she made casseroles and baked peaches - and everything was delicious and fast!

And already there is a whole list of what I want to cook

Romchka, thank you for your advice! And then I sit here (while mine are asleep) and suffer !!!! I saw the time table, but did not know which side to fit it to my soup (I still put frozen vegetables). Okay, I'll try. The idea of selling is canceled!
Omela
And I also wanted to ask, what is level 10? I have no such figure on the scale. The last one is 8.
Admin

It also helps comparison method.

For example, minced meat casserole with vegetables.
How much meat is cooked in broth? About 10-15 minutes, minced meat even more.
How many vegetables are cooked? About 10-20 minutes - depending on which - the cabbage is longer.
So we put everything in layers, and set the time for insurance 20 minutes - the extra 5 minutes will not do the weather.
And the temperature is optimal for almost all dishes on the Multipovar 110 *
We set the Multi-cook mode, 20 minutes, 110 * - it should work!
This is how you build your table - and then there will be no need for it, I guarantee

Omela, I have not encountered level 10 yet, where did you find this? I'll take a look.

Mistletoe!!! Do not be discouraged in advance !!!Admin I explained everything to you in detail and competently !!! I'm sure you will adapt to the regimes. I have had it for half a year already, and when I bought it, no one had it yet and tried everything myself by typing, but never once had the thought of selling it. Now I'm on you with her !!! And thanks to the forum, I get to know her even better, because it's easier for everyone to understand ...

Today, as planned, I cooked meat hodgepodge in beef tongue broth. First, in the frying mode, I sautéed 6 onions in half rings (the frying time was set to 7 minutes - not enough), then cucumbers and tomato paste. Poured sausage platter, poured broth, add salt and multi-cook for 10 minutes. It turned out well. But frying large quantities of onions in a skillet can be more convenient than in a pan with a small bottom. Although it worked out quickly, I’m afraid to praise the pot: D. While I like it, the flight is normal. I also want to control energy consumption, there should be a lot. I have a gas stove.

Yes, you throw the recipe book in the trash - may the manufacturer Kuku forgive me
She's good for nowhere there is no most important thing - cooking time and temperature !!!!!!

I cook borscht in the same proportions as in a regular saucepan, with water levels here.
It is important for us to know mode, temperature, time!
Vegetables can be sautéed using the Browning mode.
Then add as much water as you need for thickening and turn on the Multi-cook mode.

Thank you! I hope that I will love her too! It's just that I have so many units at home that, in principle, can do everything. So far, I can not determine the "front" of work for her. But the mood has already improved thanks to you and Admin (and in a whisper - and my husband will not understand me, if I put it back in the box, if you like it or not, you have to not just master, but prepare masterpieces!)

And here's another question, when to make an omelet or what baking, should you grease the pan with oil? And when you fried the cutlets, you didn't write anything about butter either.

Throw the recipe book in the trash

The pictures are beautiful there, the child likes it !!! He poked a strawberry all evening yesterday with his finger!
Admin
Now about the levels inside the pan.

The first scale called "White Rice"

Bowl arrow 2-4-6-8 shows the number of cups of rice you want to cook. But measure rice with a measuring cup!!!

But you need to pour water without looking, focusing on the mark on the "LEVEL" arrow against the number of cups.

For example, if you poured rice 4 measuring cups, then water must be poured up to mark 4 on the "Level" scale

Second scale shows the number of liters and milliliterswhich you currently have in the pan, or which you need to pour.

And just in general, I take rice and water as much as suits me according to taste and friability and measure out both rice and water with a measuring cup

Admin
The frying mode is very strong and fast - it is imperative to add vegetable oil when frying meat or cutlets.
Creamy is desirable only for the omelet.

And we are not writing about oil - since this is already implied Do you need to add oil to the frying pan to fry? Here it is necessary

The oven roasts the best and hardest.
And my opinion is the same! Today I tried to pre-fry a piece of loin on "Roasting", although I always did it on the oven before - I was not impressed (n) I switched to "Oven" - it was quickly fried
sazalexter
This is certainly not a cooker, but I dare to notice what an amazing buckwheat porridge with milk turns out. You can, of course, in the oven and in the airfryer.
But they do not have such a degree of automation, you need to monitor, turn it off in time or so that it does not "run away" or burn
Aunt Besya
People, I came to complain: millet porridge with milk in a ratio of 1: 3 burned completely, even dried up in the automatic mode "Kashmovarka" ... What would that mean?
sazalexter
Aunt Besya This mode is not suitable for cereals, multi-cook is better.
Aunt Besya
I already understood!! The question remains: why did they call him a "cooker" and why is he needed then?
sazalexter
Aunt Besya It's a better question to ask Admin so that she asked with passion
dealer CUCKOO.
IMHO this is a mode for cooking some special rice, and obviously without milk.
They say in China-Korea milk is almost never eaten

According to Korean (and others like them) standards, porridge is RICE! Lots of rice !!!!!! For this she is adjusted

I was once interested in this issue, and read the Old.
These pressure cookers / rice cookers and then "multicooker" were originally programmed for quality rice cooking! According to the rules of Koreans and other peoples who eat it.
For example, expensive Kuku (for 30 tons) are produced specifically for this and they are sold only to restaurants for making specials. rice for sushi and what kind of organic, etc.

Apparently, we will not get another, since the brains of Koreans are more focused on the specifics of cooking rice than milk porridge.

Boom to cook porridge on the Multipovar we will adapt.

However, how they adapted at first to the Panasonic cartoon, and then they made something like this in them - the Japanese were surprised.

We will make our own cookbook ...
