Ingredients

Rabbit 300-400 g
Cabbage
very small piece
(left over from borsch)
Cucumber yellow (old) 1 PC.
Pepper bulg. 1 PC.
Onion 1/2 pcs.
A tomato 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • Onion and pepper in half rings, cucumber and carrot in cubes, chop cabbage, rabbit in pieces. we put all this in a pot, salt, spices, a little sugar and some water.
  • add the garlic 30 minutes before cooking.
  • I cooked in the "slow" mode (2 hours).
