Cooking method

  • We turn on the "Bake" program in the bread maker. Pour 3 table. tablespoons of olive oil in a bucket. Closing ... don't forget our roof protector!
  • While the oil is warming up, three carrots, cut the meat into slices. Squeeze flour into a saucepan, add salt, pepper ... slices of meat.
  • We close the pan with krisha, move it strongly and from the top to the bottom, so the meat will be covered with flour inside.
  • When we do all this, the butter in the bread maker is ready to "take" the meat .... (because about 10 minutes have passed)
  • We put the meat in the bucket very carefully.
  • Then carrots, wine, garlic to taste. We mix.
  • Close and let the program continue. Don't forget to protect the cover !!!!! We use silicone, aluminum paper ... which is.
  • In my bread maker, the "Bake" program lasts an hour. If I put the meat in at minute "15" (the bread maker shows "45"). at the end of the program, the meat is completely ready, even earlier, at "40" minute (shows "20")
  • can be turned off. You just have to look, each bread maker is different.
  • Even if we want to, we can skip the meat at the end of the program. You can even leave the meat in a bucket for an hour, closed, and it will be kept warm.

The chicken looks beautiful ... I often bake wings in a bread maker, they take less time, about 50 minutes. I don't add liquid, only spices, it is very crispy.
Here's how to cook cutlets.

I make them with the meat left over from the broth.

Ingredients

Meat from broth, I don't measure it, there is a slideshow below with pictures. We can also use the leftovers from the fried chicken on the stove.

Spanish jamón serrano, it's like the Italian prosciutto, you can try any of the delicious Russian kolbasa.
70g plain flour
30g corn flour (here Maizena)
Small bow
salt
black pepper
nutmeg, grated
Half a liter of hot milk
Preparation

We turn on the baking program, 30 min. Add olive oil and cover. Finely chop the onion. At 10 minutes (the small screen shows 20), put the onion in the oil and cover.

Finely cut the meat in a meat grinder or by hand. We also cut the sausage separately by hand. When the screen shows 10 (meaning 20 minutes have passed), the onions will be lightly fried. Add the sausage, mix.

When there are 5 minutes left, add flour, stir.

When the machine signals the end of the program, add chicken, salt, pepper, nutmeg ... all to your taste, but be careful, if the sausage is very salty, you need little salt.

Now add the hot milk and turn on the program that prepares the cakes. In my bread maker, it lasts an hour and a half, this program first quickly interferes to "create" batter with eggs, etc., then bakes right away.
In this case, we have to stop the program at 30 minutes, we do not want the mixture to be "fried" completely.

And so, in about 30 minutes, we will have a thick "dough" in our bread machine, semi-sparse. Please see the pictures below. We try, add salt if necessary. We interfere, either manually, or with a program that interferes for 5 minutes (we can also use another one and stop the ego).

Let this mixture leave on the table, then in the refrigerator.We form cutlets, grease with beaten egg and crackers as always, and we can immediately fry or freeze them.
