Seville bread (bread maker)

Ingredients

Dry yeast - 1.25 tsp
Flour psh. - 450 gr.
Sugar brown - 75 gr. (can be replaced with honey or plain sugar)
Salt 0.5 tsp
Dry. milk - 1 tbsp. l.
Panifarin - 1 tsp (not necessary)
Rast. oil - 1.5 tbsp. l. (took a peanut)
Grated zest of 1 orange
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange + juice of 1 lemon + warm water (I have serum) = 240 ml (260) (I got 220 ml of mixed juice + 20 ml of serum and added 20 ml of serum to the bun)
Raisins (golden raisins) - 100 gr. (more is possible) (You can use finely chopped dried apricots instead of raisins).
Warmed transparent honey - 1 tbsp. l. for lubrication.

Cooking method

  • Place in Dough mode: 2 hours 20 minutes. Get it out, braid it. Remove the stirring blade from the bucket. Place the pigtail in the bucket. Leave to rise
  • for 40-60 minutes. Should double in size. Place on Baking for 1 hour (using the timer button)
  • Take out the bread and immediately grease the roof with warm melted honey. (I have from \ "Orange Grove \" the glaze remained, so I smeared the pigtail immediately after shaping, before proving it to her.)
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • For my taste, if you add the juice of a whole lemon, it turns out very sour. You can either add very little, or not add at all, and bake bread with only orange juice. Powdered milk is optional, but desirable
