Cooking method

  • In fact, this is a fried salmon ridge. It turns out very tasty and very cheap. We sell salmon ridges in hypermarkets. In Ukraine, we buy them at the bazaar. There are ridges, so ridges: even, with a lot of meat.
  • Cut the ridge of salmon into pieces, salt and pepper. Roll in flour, then egg. Fry in vegetable oil. Believe me, it is very tasty and juicy.
  • And the price of this yummy is $ 1.5. for three or four people is quite enough, if, of course, you also cook potatoes or rice for a side dish
