Russian Rybnik with mushrooms

Ingredients

fillet of sea fish 1.3-1.5kg
large egg 1 PC
large onion 1 PC
bun 200 g
salt pepper

carrot 1 PC
dry mushrooms 50-70 g
egg 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Mushrooms can be any: fresh, dry. Who has what and who loves what.
  • Filling
  • First of all, soak the mushrooms in water (if dry). Then boil. Wash, cut into strips. Boil the eggs. Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a beetroot grater. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add mushrooms, salt and bring in a pan until tender. The actual filling is ready.
  • Prepare minced meat from fish fillet, twist the onion into the minced meat (if the fish is not fat, fry the onion beforehand), a loaf soaked in water. Add egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put 1/2 part of the minced fish, filling, then cover with the remaining minced meat. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. And in the oven, bake at 190-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  • I had a lot of filling, more than the recipe. Yes, to be honest, I do everything by sight.

dish from the series: for all occasions. Inexpensive, tasty, but not often found. Perfect and simple for lunch, but it looks absolutely wonderful on the festive table.
