Puffs with zucchini, ham and mascarpone "Snacks"

Ingredients

Finished puff pastry 2 packs
I have 230 g each
Zucchini medium 1 PC.
Ham (cubed) 300 g
Mascarpone
(I replaced with heavy cream,
mixed with curd paste)
4 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper
Yolk for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini into slices and then into quarters. If young, then do not cleanse. Mix zucchini with ham cubes and mascarpone (in my case, heavy cream with pasty cottage cheese), season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover low muffin tins with puff pastry cut out on the mold.
  • Remove from oven and fill with filling. Cut out circles from the remaining dough and cover the filling with them. Make small cuts at the top to allow steam to escape. Brush with yolk and bake for about 20 minutes.

The dish is designed for

8 pcs.

Time for preparing:

10 minutes

Cooking program:

Pierce with a fork and bake in preheated to 180 gr. oven.

Note

These puffs were served with beer and "flew away" with a bang! The filling was kept secret and turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Creamy filling made from simple ingredients.
Such simple puffs were at their best, surprised and delighted the guests!
They came running after a party outside the house .... g-o-l-o-d-n-s-e like animals !!! I had to quickly think ... And then I immediately put it to your court ...
