Stew with eggplant in a multicooker Maruchi RW FZ47

Ingredients

Pork (lean shoulder) 800 g
Tomatoes in their own juice
(I like Italian Pomito)
500 g
Bulb 1 large
Eggplant
((more is possible, then no garnish)
3-4 medium
Salt, hot seasoning for meat
(I took a dry mixture of Santa Maria)
Herbs
(I have dry basil,
dry walnut leaf)

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into pieces (like for goulash), fry over high heat (for speed, fry in a pan), put in a multicooker pan. Add the tomatoes in your own juice and put on the "Stew" mode for an hour and a half. Then add chopped onion, chopped eggplants (2cm cubes), salt, spices to the multicooker and turn on the "Baking" first (to boil), and then switch to the "Stew" mode for 1 hour. If not enough sauce, you can add a little water or broth.

I have been looking for a recipe with eggplants for a long time so that I don't need to fry or bake them. As a result of my searches, I changed this recipe a little.

I really liked the eggplants themselves - soft, but not smudgy. I think this is the effect of the multicooker.

With live tomatoes, yes! I just had time trouble in time, and I had to tinker with the living. In winter, when there are no tomatoes in the store, it's just a godsend. And in the summer, and even from the garden, it is certainly better fresh.
A matter of taste, of course, but it seems to me that chicken breast with eggplant does not go well.

lega, everything turned out well, chicken with a large number of vegetables in tomato sauce. I also added sweet pepper.

The main thing is the disposal of vegetables (waste from holiday purchases). Therefore, the chicken fillet was frozen.

And so everything was well transformed into a delicious dinner.
