Stuffed peppers in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Bolg. pepper
Meat + rice, and you can raw
Onion
Carrot
Fill:
Ketchup (or tomato) 1 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise (or sour cream) 1 tbsp. l.
Hops-suneli and salt taste
Dilute with a glass of water

Cooking method

  • Stuff the peppers peeled from seeds with minced meat (meat + rice, and you can raw). Place on the bottom of the saucepan. Sprinkle the chopped onion and grated carrots on top. Pour the filling so that it is just below the peppers.
  • Cook in the "simmering" mode for 1.5 hours. To make the gravy thicker and with a rich color, you can then turn on another "baking" mode for 10-15 minutes.

Hello girls! I cooked peppers in MV twice, but according to my own, otherwise not very different, recipe. It turns out very cool. And if you also consider that in such heat you don't have to stand at the stove at all. I hope Tyngysohka doesn't mind if I put in my five kopecks. Rice can be soaked in hot water (boiling water can be used) for 15-20 minutes. and then you certainly need not hold that it will remain raw. And pour water or milk into the minced meat, then it will be crumbly.

Try it, you won't be disappointed. I practically do this with all minced meat dishes. I can also recommend you to make fried onions, carrots and tomato (pasta). When everything is a little fried, the tomato (if not the pasta) gave juice, then add some water and bring to a boil. We pour this "broth" into the minced meat slowly so as not to burn yourself. Mix well with handles and stuff the pepper. Pour pepper with the rest of the "broth". (y) In our family, pepper was always cooked as the first dish, so I pour a lot of water and put lavrushka.

Yesterday I made pepper in a slow cooker. By advice vesnushkaO poured the rice, added buckwheat from myself (1: 1) with boiling water and left for 20 minutes. Top of the peppers was covered with carrots, onions, tomatoes (instead of pasta). By advice Tyngysohka after stewing, I put it on the baking mode, it turned out to be a thick sauce. Ate both the peppers and the sauce

I just came across information on multicooker and what should not be done in the internet, as it says there "Do not boil liquids in the" Baking "mode. I'm thinking - because it will boil strongly (there is 180 C, probably) or is it a mode something special, not providing for water Well, like Buckwheat or Plov, which will be cooked until all the water has boiled away.

I cooked Phillips 3037 in multo. Pre-fry the onion + carrot + tomato paste in it for 15 minutes, soak the rice in boiling water. The peppers had time to cook even in less time, in 1h 15m.
