Cooking method

  • After reading the recipes, the moussaki was made from what was in the refrigerator. It turned out very tasty !!!
  • Peeled the eggplants, cut into thin rings, salted and left for 15 minutes. Peeled the potatoes, chopped them into very thin circles. Minced meat stewed a little in a frying pan with finely chopped bell pepper, salt and pepper, spices "For pork". Cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Squeeze the eggplants.
  • I poured a little vegetable oil into the multicooker pan, alternate layers: potatoes, meat, eggplant, tomatoes (salt the potatoes).
  • Beat 4 eggs with 100 ml of milk and pour over my moussaka.
  • Baking mode 65 minutes.
