DOMO form. Artikelnummer: B39 49
The shape fits my UNOLD 8600 and Backmeister 68415.
They cost 1300 rubles / piece. The weight of the parcel is 1.5 kg.
Bought on ebay from this seller 🔗
I could not find it cheaper. 1 piece - 16.90 euros.
The seller could send directly to the Russian Federation (22 euros), but through a courier service.
I decided to order through an intermediary, since I already have a negative experience with the courier service + customs.

how to know when to choose a knife and how is it easier to do it?

I take out the knife after the bread is baked.
But you can take it out earlier, after the baker gives a signal.
(must be read in the instructions)

I will soon be approaching a record of 50 kg of spoiled food. I have never gotten good bread yet. Good - raised, without holes in the "roof", odorless of yeast, beautiful, not too dry.

Here's the last experiment. I bought an electronic scale and hoped for a miracle.

newmartiny , I can advise you not to use the recipes from the instructions, but to take the proven ones from our forum. I have your Yunold's twin, Binaton 2170. She bakes excellent bread.
P.S. Oh no, sorry, I was wrong. I thought you were writing about the Unold multicooker bread maker, but only HP is discussed here. But, nevertheless, the first advice remains valid.

Thank you!
In the near future I will follow your advice.
What is the best recipe to start with?

I had already begun to doubt this model of a bread machine, I took one from a neighbor, and the second was presented to me. and none of them got bread.

Better not from black. And not from the fast mode, but from the main one. Take any simpler wheat. I assure you, everything will work out!

I was looking for the simplest recipe, but I did not find anything, but I found just such a quote.

Water as a component of the dough
Technology and biochemistry of RYE bread

The chemical part of the dough formation

I don't want to know technology and biochemistry. And even more so, the chemical part will not fit in my head. It's too complicated.

Did I get myself a headache, and not an assistant?
newmartiny
I bought a ready-made mixture and decided to try again.
Here is the mixture.

So that's where I already climbed!
The first time I got NORMAL bread!
Recipe from melkaja
water or milk 300 ml
margarine or butter 1 1/2 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l
flour 540 g The dough was too sticky. I added more and overdid it.
dry shivers 1-1 1/2 tsp
2 eggs

And here's the result!
The roof is beautifully colored. Not quite flat, but not that failed horror!

The bottom is beautiful and without a hole from the stirrer.
Bread maker UNOLD 8600 - baking bread
With flour, I overdid it a little. I should have added, but half of what I drunk. This half remained on the side of my loaf.
I cleaned it off a little, but not completely. I'm waiting for this beauty to cool down.

cut the bread carefully. Judging by the photo, your stirrer is baked in bread. Without a "stirrer hole" on the sole - well, nothing at all)) This is a feature of bread from a bread machine))

girls, melkaja, dopleta!
According to both recipes, the crust of the bread is not chewable on the second day. Is that how it should be?
After being pulled out of the bucket, it was sprinkled with water and wrapped in a linen towel.
What else can you do?
Rina
The principle, I think, will apply to all HP:
take out the bread from the CP and the bucket only when the temperature reaches the "grip" - that is, when you can take it all with your bare hands, without getting burned.

1. The crust will soften and the scapula will remain in the bucket.
2. The crust will not lose too much moisture, as in a completely "air" cooling (from a completely hot state).
3. The crust will have time to dry before complete cooling.
dopleta
newmartiny, getting a flat roof will certainly come with experience, when you "feel" your stove, you "feel" the moisture of flour and outwardly determine the quality of the bun. Depending on this, each recipe requires more fine tuning. In particular, the roof can collapse if the flour / liquid is imbalanced, in your case you had to add a little flour (by the way, you duplicated my recipe incorrectly - I have not 60, but 160 grams of water).
Rina
newmartiny, how are you doing?
newmartiny
Rina
I would say half-and-half.
I baked two more times, and then went to repair the room. And the bread maker is shoved so far that I don't even think to find it yet.

But those two times weren't the worst. The roof failed. Not convex, but concave again.
Rina
the fact is that I have a Yunold hybrid (a bread maker with a multicooker), and there I found the "sourteig" program - sour dough. Proofing 9 hours! The whole program is 12:23 pm! The recipe from the book did not work out - the leaven was homemade, somewhere in the proportions it did not really "dance". I thought that suddenly one of the youths had already mastered a similar program

When you resume playing with the stove, add a little more flour - usually the roof falls off when there is too much moisture.
Rina
Guysaaa! Who has Yunold - is there a program there SAURTEIG (sour dough or sourdough dough) for more than 12 hours? If there is, is there anyone who bakes anything on this program?

Soooo ... I feel like I'll have to try to master this program on my own ... And for this, either grow a sourdough, or use a minimum amount of live yeast.

The bread maker began to creak strongly during kneading.
Neither me nor my father could disassemble it completely.
But he managed to lubricate the inside with a syringe filled with oil.
After lubrication, my father told me to idle it without bread,
so that the excess oil burns out.
I started the program for 1h 40m without a baking bucket.
As a result, the plastic from which the upper window is made
melted and became not transparent, but white.
Now nothing is visible through the window from above.
WITHOUT A BAKING POT, THIS BREAD Maker CANNOT BE TURNED ON.

Hello everyone! Tell me, what is the coating of the bucket of these bread makers?
kefal
teflon
Olga S
Hello everyone! I also have this "miracle", now I don’t know what to do with it ... I looked at the photo here .. what can I say .. If this is the first stove, then, apparently, people think that this is how it should be - bad the result, the fallen top, flour on the sides, etc. I had a Panasonic before this one, I read a lot of advertisements and bought an unold of the latest model ... some recipes are left, nothing happens without dancing and a tambourine, then the roof falls, then from - does not stir due to the steepness of the dough. What I did not do! Imagine, you throw everything into Panasonic according to the recipe and .... EVERYTHING! In any order! It always works! and the bread there is not the same, it is baked and reached, but here it is finely porous, as if fast bread. I thought, only I have one, but here in the pictures of everyone We cannot understand what it depends on, the principle is the same for everyone. The only difference is the coating of the bowl, the Panasonic bowl is smooth, but here it is rough and the spatula is short, that's my point. But it's a shame, damn it!
