Dessert Austrian Kaiserschmarrn in a multicooker Cuckoo 1054

Ingredients

Egg 4 things
Flour 1 glass
Milk 1 glass
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. (I put less sugar, otherwise it turns out sweet)
Raisins 2 tbsp. l. (do not put)
Rum (in principle, I think any alcohol) 2 tbsp. l. (do not add, because I do not add raisins)
Cream or homemade sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Butter for frying

Cooking method

  • I divided all the products in half
  • Soak the raisins in alcohol for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the yolks with salt, sugar and milk, add flour, beat everything. Add sour cream or cream.
  • Beat the whites into a stiff foam and mix gently with the dough.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan, when it foams and crumbles, pour the dough 1 cm thick.Place raisins on the dough. (I cooked in a cuckoo and the layer turned out to be thicker)
  • Fry until the underside is browned. Turn over with a spatula and brown the other side (do not be afraid if it breaks, you still have to tear it apart), divide with a spatula into small pieces. This dessert should be broken into uneven pieces, not cut !!!!!! Fry the pieces for another 30-40 seconds.
  • Transfer the slices to a plate, sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Kaiserschmarrn is served with fruit puree, or with ice cream, with whipped cream, with berries.
  • I cooked in a cuckoo on frying, level 3, 3 minutes and then heating for 1-2 minutes.

Note

Quite a light dessert, for Sunday mornings or for quick guests, for a cold evening with coffee and ice cream. Actually, it is made in a frying pan, but somehow I don't use the stove and pans much (I have one, an old cast-iron one .... no more, and I don't need them either). Therefore, I cooked this dessert in Kukushka 54, but the diameter of the bowl there is not very large, so if you make half the norm, then it is better to divide it into two parts for frying, but I poured everything in one go and it turned out to be thick, but still tasty.
